- Beauty Basket is an e-commerce platform registered in Sri Lanka, offering 100% authentic imported skincare, cosmetics, and beauty care essentials.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Product Authenticity & Information
- We guarantee that all products displayed in our store are 100% genuine and sourced directly from certified brand distributors and authorized supply channels.
- While we strive to display product colors, descriptions, packaging, and formulas as accurately as possible, actual product packaging or minor formulation updates by the manufacturer may vary slightly from displayed images.

3. Pricing & Currency
- All prices listed on beautybasket.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier pricing and exchange rates.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize payment.

4. Orders, Payment & Verification
- We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Direct Bank Transfers, Koko Buy Now Pay Later, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- For Bank Transfer payments, proof of payment (deposit slip / transaction receipt) with your Order Number must be submitted within 24 hours to secure your items.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, our customer support team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify and confirm delivery details prior to dispatch.

5. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24–48 hours of order verification.
- Delivery timeframes (1–2 days for Western Province; 2–4 days outstation) are estimates provided by third-party courier services. Beauty Basket is not liable for minor courier delays caused by extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen transit disruptions.

6. Skincare & Cosmetic Disclaimer
- Skincare and cosmetic results may vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and allergies.
- Customers are advised to carefully read ingredient lists, perform a 24-hour patch test before full application, and consult a dermatologist if they have sensitive skin or specific medical conditions. Beauty Basket is not liable for individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

7. Intellectual Property
- All branding, logos, graphics, website designs, product photography, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Beauty Basket Sri Lanka or their respective brand copyright holders. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

- We respect your privacy. Customer contact details, delivery addresses, and payment data are encrypted and handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
