Beauty Basket delivers authentic beauty products islandwide across all provinces of Sri Lanka.

1. Order Processing:
All orders are packaged in protective temperature-safe bubble wrap and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines:
- Colombo & Greater Western Province: 1 – 2 business days.
- Outstation / All Other Provinces: 2 – 4 business days.

3. Shipping Rates:
- Standard Islandwide Delivery: Rs. 400 (or flat courier fee).
- Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders exceeding Rs. 10,000.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your package is handed over to our trusted courier partners, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available across Sri Lanka. Please ensure the exact order amount is ready upon courier arrival.
